Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The short version: we only collect your email address when you join the waitlist, we use it to tell you when Lamigo launches, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Lamigo is a Spanish learning app made by an independent developer in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email vivoapphelp@gmail.com.

What we collect

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your email address to tell you when Lamigo launches and to send occasional updates about the app. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it whenever you like.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. Waitlist sign-ups are stored by our website host, Netlify, which processes data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist and launch updates.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

The waitlist is intended for people aged 13 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
